Aishwarya Rai-Bachchan made her first public appearance in many months in Mumbai recently. The actress, whose pregnancy has reached an advanced stage, hasn’t been spotted much in public of late and it’s quite understandable that the senior Bachchans want their daughter-in-law to take as much rest as possible as the EDD (expected date of delivery) is just a month away!

Ash took part in two back-to-back functions along with her in-laws. Undoubtedly, she was again the cynosure of all the eyes. Sources close to the Bachchan household inform that as Ash has become pregnant after a long time since her marriage to Abishek Bachchan, the family is leaving no stone unturned to ensure that she is taken care of with utmost care. It is also said that she might deliver twins.
The first function was the one held at actor Sanjay Dutt’s residence and the second one was the Durga Puja celebrations, which are always celebrated in a grand manner in the northern part of the country. Ash was spotted in a baby pink-coloured saree and looked more beautiful than ever in motherhood. Incidentally, the same saree was worn by her mother-in-law at the ‘Screen’ awards function held in January this year.
Doctors have said that the kid(s) would be born in November and it appear that the entire Bollywood is looking forward to the event which would make Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan proud grandparents.
